01, honeycomb paper
The inner core of honeycomb paper is a lot of closed holes, because its internal air is not circulating, so it has good thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation performance. At the same time only after some special treatment, honeycomb paper can be flame retardant, moisture-proof, mildew proof. Honeycomb paper is widely used, not only in all kinds of products can be used as packaging materials, but also can use honeycomb paper instead of conventional building materials to do partition wall, can effectively reduce the weight of the building. Honeycomb paper can also replace wood to make furniture, not only durable, but also can save wood.
02, corrugated paper
By hanging paper and corrugated roller processing formed by corrugated corrugated paper adhesion and board, generally divided into single corrugated board and double corrugated board two categories, with low cost, light quality, easy processing, high strength, convenient storage and handling.
03. Brown paper
Main features of kraft paper: Kraft paper is tough water resistant packaging paper, brown yellow, very wide use, often used in the production of paper bags, envelopes, workbooks, record covers, rolls and sandpaper, quantitative range is 80 g/square meter to 10 g/square meter, web paper and plate paper, and a single side light, double side light and striped difference, the main quality requirements are flexible and strong, high break resistance, Can withstand large tension and pressure without rupture. Kraft paper has a high tension, single light, double light, stripe, no grain, etc.
04, single powder paper/double powder paper
Single powder paper: commonly used carton materials, such as: coated paper, matte powder paper, paper one side light, one side matte, smooth surface can be printed, can realize a variety of color printing, commonly used surface treatment processes are: over glue, over UV, hot printing, bump, etc.
Double pink paper: Double pink paper is also grey card paper, usually thicker. 250g above, used for mounting paper, mounting pit, mainly for large outer packaging.
05. Paper bag
Paper bags are similar to kraft paper, most of them are produced by coniferous wood sulfate pulp, and some of them are mixed with bamboo pulp, cotton stalk pulp and rag pulp in China. Therefore, the mechanical strength of paper bags is very high, and they are generally used to make packaging bags of cement, pesticides, fertilizers and other industrial products. In order to meet the requirements of filling, the paper bag should have certain air permeability and large elongation.
06, special paper
Special paper refers to the paper with special purpose and relatively small yield. Special paper is a variety of special purpose paper or art paper collectively. Special paper is made of different fibers by paper machine with special functions, such as using synthetic fibers alone, synthetic pulp or mixed wood pulp and other raw materials, with different materials for modification or processing, giving paper different functions and uses.
