Plastic packaging is not only safe, but also has a significant contribution to public health. The emergence of biodegradable materials has also given packaging materials a new choice. People in the industry believe that packaging film will have a significant impact on the quality and storage life of food, drugs and personal care products. The R&D team has successfully developed a kind of biopolymer beverage packaging bottle or video packaging material. 


The biopolymer beverage packaging bottles or food packaging materials successfully developed by the R&D team have been repeatedly inspected and verified, including the video stability, safety and quality of new material packaging during the storage of beverages and videos. Previously, the European R&D team used the wastewater discharged after the processing of fruit juice drinks as raw materials to produce a cheap and interpretable bioplastics PHB meeting the EU green standards, which can be widely used for fruit juice beverage packaging.

It is reported that the pulmonary edema discharged after the processing of fruit juice drinks is rich in more than 70% of fermentable sugars, such as glucose, fructose, maltose, etc. The R&D team has successfully developed biopolymer beverage packaging and food packaging materials by using the fermented sugars in wastewater, which have superior properties such as mechanical strength, easy large-scale processing, water resistance, etc.

At present, bio interpretable polymers can be divided into natural and synthetic categories according to their sources. Natural degradable polymers include starch, cellulose, glycan, chitin, chitosan and its derivatives. Synthetic soluble polymers are divided into two categories: artificial and bacterial synthesis. Explainable polymers synthesized by bacteria include polyhydroxyalkanolates (PHAs), poly (malic alcohol esters), and synthetic degradable polymers include polyhydroxyalkanolates, poly (glycolide) (PCL), poly (aminopropyl alcohol esters) (PACA), etc.

With the further improvement of China's economic and social consumption level, people's demand for beverages is also increasing, and they want to develop at a higher and higher level. Under this situation, all manufacturers are working hard in all aspects of their products, especially now people pay more and more attention to product packaging. Packaging safety and environmental protection have become increasingly clear goals, Therefore, how to launch environment-friendly and pollution-free green beverage packaging has become a new topic for Chinese beverage enterprises to focus on.
